EP 85 – Resilience in BJJ & Life | ATT Lowcountry Owner Malachy Friedman

Today we have 2nd degree-black belt Malachy Friedman. Malachy is the owner of the ATT (American Top Team) Lowcountry in Charleston, South Carolina.

We talked about entrepreneurship, life, and we talked a lot about jiu-jitsu. Teaching and studying jiu-jitsu, Mindset, visualization, and injuries.

He has struggled with multiple delicate neck surgeries; however, his passion for teaching jiu-jitsu and his family keep bringing him back with incredible resilience to overcome his injuries to keep learning and sharing his knowledge with the BJJ community.

His story inspired me to title this episode: RESILIENCE IN BJJ & LIFE. Stick around for my final thoughts after the interview when I share with you three strategies to deal with injuries.
