EP 51 – Stroke From Chokes | Nova Gyms Co-Owner Chris Martin
Chris Martin is the owner of two academies called Nova Gyms In Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The main reason why he was interviewed on the podcast was not because of his business, but for the intention of bringing awareness to the jiu-jitsu community about a very delicate and rare topic, stroke from chokes, since in 2017, he suffered a massive brain stroke from a choke.
We did talk about entrepreneurship as well; however, as I mentioned, the intention of this interview is to bring awareness to this matter.
