Bill is a 2nd-degree black belt and the owner of Top Level Martial Arts in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
He is a veteran of the United States Army who left a successful career at a Fortune 500 company to pursue his passion for teaching jiu-jitsu.
At the beginning of the interview, I asked him when was the moment that he had the spark to pursue his business? And his answer inspired me to title this episode What is your legacy?
